Attorney Klein has practiced in the Montgomery County, Miami County and southwest Ohio for over 37 years.  Attorney Klein's experience has encompassed a wide range of legal issues including domestic relations, custody, civil

Attorney Tomb practices in Montgomery County, Miami County, Shelby County and western Ohio.  Attorney Tomb has a background in the construction business both with his family and on his own.  As a result, Attorney Tomb has been involved in several complex property and construction disputes and provided favorable outcomes to his clients.  Additionally, Attorney Tomb has successfully represented clients is a wide range of criminal matters from misdemeanors to

Attorney Eberly is a native to the Miami Valley having lived in Troy, Piqua and Tipp City.  He graduated from Tippecanoe High School and then attended Miami University for undergraduate studies.  Upon graduation from Miami University,
his education continued at the University of Dayton School of Law where he earned the prestigious CALI award in the area of Civil Trial Practice.

After law school, Attorney Eberly relocated to Pennsylvania to begin his practice of law.  While in Pennsylvania, Attorney
Eberly honed his legal skills focusing on areas of Civil Litigation including personal injury, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability Claims. In 2007, Attorney Eberly joined the law firm of Edgar Snyder and Associates
where he served as the firm’s attorney for Workers’ Compensation and Social Security for northwestern Pennsylvania.
